How it works:

  • Step 1:

    Inquiry & Quote. You fill out the form below, and I will get back to you with a custom quote and timeline.

  • Step 2:

    Deposit & Sketch. Once a 50% deposit is paid, I will start the initial sketch.

  • Step 3:

    Revisions. You get to review the sketch and request up to 2 rounds of minor revisions to ensure it is exactly what you want.

  • Step 4:

    Final Polish & Delivery. After final approval and the remaining balance is paid, I will send over your high-resolution artwork!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in my queue and cover initial material costs. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Once the final payment is received, I will release the high-resolution digital files or ship the physical artwork.

  • Yes! I will send you a preliminary sketch/draft for your approval. Your commission includes up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions during this sketch phase. To keep the project moving smoothly, any excessive revisions beyond this, or changes requested after a stage has been approved, will incur an additional fee of $25 per hour.

  • As the artist, I retain full copyright to the artwork, which means I may display it in my portfolio or on social media. Upon final payment, you receive a perpetual license for Personal Use Only (e.g., displaying in your home, printing for your archives, or using as a personal social media avatar).

  • Standard commissions cannot be reproduced for profit, resold, or used to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models. If you need a design for your business, merchandise, or branding, please let me know in your inquiry! Commercial use requires a separate Commercial License Agreement and custom pricing.

  • Because each piece is completely custom-made for you, I cannot offer refunds or returns on commissioned artwork. If you choose to cancel the project after work has commenced, the initial 50% deposit is retained. If work has progressed past the sketch phase, a cancellation fee for the hourly value of the completed work will apply.
