14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sketchbook Graphics. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The request for return must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is a personalized or custom-made product. These are considered Final Sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to returns@sketchbookgraphics.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".

2. Provide Details: In the email, please include your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and a photo of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.

3. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, will send you a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at support@sketchbookgraphics.com for assistance.
